1. Returns and Exchanges

At Anthony Trails, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • If the wrong product is delivered.

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order. We will guide you on how to return the product and either issue a replacement or process a refund.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only provided for damaged or defective products that were reported within the first 3 days after receipt.
  • As we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed as follows:
    • If a product is returned and approved for a refund, we will issue a refund in the form of only in cash which can be used for future purchases.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Include your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  • If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the item.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused, resalable condition.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling after receipt.
  • Products that have been opened or used (unless defective or damaged during delivery).
  • Customized or personalized items.

5. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • You must provide the proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

6. Shipping Fees for Returns

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or wrong product), Anthony Trails will cover the return shipping cost.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
